Curio Art presents A Curio Cabinet on lower deck

CURIO ART COLLECTIVE is on a mission to rejuvenate the art world from its white walled formalities and bring the energy of the next generation. Curio creates an opportunity for fresh, new artists to exhibit their works in a unique and engaging environment with the hope to encourage their contemporaries that the art world doesn’t have to be a corporate commodity.

Ten up and coming artists will be exhibiting their weird and wonderful works around the quirky barge creating our very own cabinet of curiosities. All works will range between £40-£400 facilitating young collectors to be able to enter the often daunting world of art collecting. To add to the Curio experience will be a selection of interactive ensembles including life drawing, a taxidermy class, musical performances and much more, so come join us on the evening to enchant your creative fantasies!

The Cheek of It! Presents The Siren Summer Show on lower deck

Can you hear the sirens calling? Our cheekettes have been busy all summer practising their siren songs. 10 new burlesque solo acts to entice and enthral!! Join us on the famous Battersea Barge as we take our  Maiden voyage. Sirens were once thought to seduce sailors to certain death but at the cheek of it we know better. A true siren is a woman embracing all her glory, revelling in her beauty and having more fun then you can shimmy a tassel at. And if such a daring display inspires sailors to risk treacherous waters to catch a glimpse we take no responsibility... You have been warned. You can however simply buy a ticket and enjoy the show from the safety of a seat!!

Expect magical mermaids, sensational shellfish and wondrous winged lady beasts!!

Starring Kitty Petite, Mariposa Bop, Poppy Liqueur, Betsy Bedlam, The Vixen, Chelsea Orient, Doll I Am, Didi Derriere, Imelda Poppins & Claire Le Cygne

So grab your tickets and we can't wait to set sail with you!     Click image to enlarge.
